Update passwordlastmodified code to replicate the API in KeePass 2.36 #27

KeePass 2.36 added a new API for accessing the Password Last Modified date.

In order to maintain backward compatibility with older versions of KeePass, the keepass2-haveibeenpwned version needs updating to match.
