Schedule checks #73

It would be very convenient if there was an option to schedule (automate) checks. I.e. check for breaches every X days; or check for breaches on every 10th day for the month.

I wonder if plugins can add actions to Triggers. That would be the logical way to add this functionality without overcomplicating it.
