Full fullscreen behaviour #30

  1. Fix hangs by CMD+S
  2. Make view scrollable in fullscreen

Just failed to move NSScrollView from one window to another in scrollableInFullscreen-failed branch.

Looks like we need to remove NSScrollView and simulate scrolling in Cocos2D environment instead.

Only scroll functionality left for absolute fullscreen support - moving issue from 0.1
