HELP URGENTE #3

Good afternoon from Spain.

 I send this message for the following reason. I just bought the reader ACD ACR 122 and that he understood the epassportviewer bar program was able to read but I have some problems.

 I have installed the reader with Windows XP. I installed the drivers that I have facilitated and epassportveawer installed. I also downloaded the manual which also makes it clear that the reader can be used as the ACR 112. The problem is that I follow the steps in the manual but I can not read the passports.

 I would ask if they were so kind to give me solution to my problem. Not bad if I do any of the steps. I believe not. I would ask them to tell me what are the steps clearly for the program to work with this reader.

 I have version 0.2C

This might be a bit late but could you describe what seems to be the issue.
Also could you try to use version 1.0 instead ?
