Remove the "/" remove extra / in url #132

I can't replicate it on your demo webite.

Please verify it. As I'm getting extra "/" in my address bar if I'm using the header button to navigate in different page. If this doen't works for you close this pull.

How to reproduce.

Add a page

with dummy data and these headers

---
layout: (any)
title: (any)
nav-menu: true
description: Example 
image: assets/images/bannerDownload.png
---

Now when navigate to home by left top header button. It gives extra / in address bar like this..

Could you provide a link to your example site so I can take a look?

@andrewbanchich Actually i have issue with license as I stashed the code base very much. And almost delete anything I don't want. I delete your credit on that files which i worked. I don't added my own (That's wrong though.) So i was concerned too much to share my fork. sorry.

I'm reading https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/ still i didn't understand sorry. You may close this issue.
