This button is designed for easy toggling of the list and is not meant to change anything with the displayed list. Since this is a CLI application, the button should serve no purpose other than showing the previously shown list. More importantly, the UG clearly states that changing the list of contacts displayed requires the use of the contacts command. The button is just an additional aid to provide convenience. The app is declared at the very start to be a CLI app. Hence, this bug is out of scope

After filtering the contacts list and then leaving to other list (such as groups), clicking on Contacts button still brings back to filtered list.
Given that a lot of people will filter the list and then access other list, having the filtered list being shown again as user click on the Contacts button may cause the user to think they have lost data. This is especially true if the filtered list is 0 size. Given how often people use filter, this may even be a Medium severity.
