[Feature Request] Parse external links as location? #93

Hi @andrewbrereton ,

Thanks for your wonderful plug-in.

Since I use online meetings often and attach the meeting link as an external link, is it possible for the plug-in to save external links as locations instead of using the obsidian url as the location?

I would also be happy to be able to hide "cancelled" tasks in addition to completed tasks in the generated calendar.

By the way, my location looks like below and seems a bit odd: "ALTREP="obsidian://open?vault=Obsidian&file=Area/%E5%AD%B8%E6%9C%83%E7%A9%8D%E5%88%86.md":obsidian://open?vault=Obsidian&file=Area/%E5%AD%B8%E6%9C%83%E7%A9%8D%E5%88%86.md"

Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. I wish I could "jump" to my obsidian note from thunderbird.
