Block comment support #33

I have block to find block comment support, but so far not found this. For instance, programming i Python, it's nice to have the ability to insert "#" on every line in a block of code.

I just tried highlighting multiple lines of Python code and ctrl+/ made each of the lines a comment, as I would expect

This is great, I wasn't aware of this shortcut. I tried other shortcuts without success...
