Digitial Ocean recipes fail #23

I tried the Digital Ocean Discourse recipes and they work up till the final step in exposing ports which fails.

I just tested recipes/discourse-digitalocean and it worked, but it's flakey due to #22 - I'll close this when #22 is resolved.
