Different order and colours for sources #17

Closed ninonmavraki closed 5 years ago

Dear Andrew,

I am trying to change the default order and colours for the sources in simmr_in and simmr_out plots but I cannot find a way to do so. Could you please help me out?

Thank you!

Ninon

Hi Ninon,

Fiddling with the plot colours using the simmr commands is not currently implemented. However the code is all open source, so if you type:

plot.simmr_in

at the R command line you'll see the code to create the isospace plots. You should be able to change the colours (and everything else) by digging into the plots. My collaborator Andrew J also has some nice code for creating iso-space plots by hand in ggplot here.
