Method protocols should have a fairly simple but open ended document template. Primary focus is on explicit documentation of procedural steps.
Need to resolve relationship between protocol and initial method. Parameterized Rmd with initial defaults is probably a good solution here. Use of doc creator function could possibly work with templated rmd of some sort.
