Bumping shell-quote from 1.7.2 to 1.7.3

Today we are taking a look at the latest release of shell-quote, a Node.js module for quoting strings for shell commands. This release bumps the version from 1.7.2 to 1.7.3 and includes an important security fix that addresses a vulnerability related to Windows drive letter regex (CVE-2021-42740).

The security issue was discovered in the regex for Windows drive letters, which allowed some shell meta-characters to escape the quoting rules and create a potential security risk.
