magpie charm doesn't implement resume action. #6

If the charm get in blocked/idle state, there is no apparent way to unlock it unless config/relations are changed.

magpie/3   blocked   idle        23       X.X.X.X          icmp failed: ['13', '5'], local hostname ok, dns ok, network mtu...

Thanks for the feedback - would you have any time to implement this yourself? I would be happy to test. If not it may have to wait a little bit.
