As a Site Editor, I can update any information on the website easily without a great deal of technical knowledge so that it is up to date and accurate.

Acceptance Criteria:

Most Staff should be able to edit their profiles and create requests for changes to be made in the website
If changes are granted by a higher ranking employee, information and announcements can be updated by the staff
Changes should be easy to make so that non-technical experts can update information without hassle.
