Issues with cbd_torvik_ratings() and cbd_torvik_player_season() #11

All day I have had issues using cbd_torvik_ratings() and cbd_torvik_player_season(). Both return the same warning: 

Warning: Failed to parse file with `arrow::read_parquet()()` from

cbd_torvik_conf_factors() seems to be the only function that is working for me.

didn't see this issue until now but it has been resolved through twitter DMs.
