Missing list_view.html template #19

Hi, this file appears to be missing... I did get it to install and test out correctly though, so I got that far. :)

I generally dont provide templates for the apps, since different developers will use different base templates, and block naming schemas. So you will need to create these templates yourself.

If you are new and have trouble creating the templates, I could send you a couple of examples, but I'm not about to add them to the app.
