Here are the fixed tags/calendar pages. I wasn't exactly sure where to put the calendar pages. I had them as a link from the date at the top, but it didn't feel quite right. Since I already had the tags pages set up, I included it at the front of the tags list (which works pretty well since functionally it works about the same).
The calendar pages can also be set up as monthly templates instead of yearly, but I thought the yearly made for much more consistent pages.
