[Counters] Tabletop punch-out counters #116

Hi Andrew, I've been checking out The Lost Caverns of Ixalan tokens and WotC have given the new Finality counters a punch-out card icon. I'm assuming this will be the icon used in Magic Online as well as on MTG Arena. In the meantime I've double checked the past punch-out cards and there are a few unique icons among them:

Thanks @RivalRowan! Brick, deathtouch, and finality are great here and should be high res enough to trace well.

The other two from NCC may be rough given how small they are, I might try to find these in person to scan if I'm having trouble.
