1 year ago Sorry I'm just getting to this. Yes they're set too low compared to surrounding text.
Fortunately and FWIW this is resolved locally in the 2.0 redraw I'm doing; I'm just going to close this issue as there won't be any updates on it until 2.0 is released but yes it will be fixed and fully improved.
It seems that each and every symbol is set a few pixels below the surrounding text. Is it the way you wanted it to be or is there something to do to align it ? (I compared to font awesome behaviour which is aligned.)
