  1. Remove redundant code from .c files
  2. Add to the documentation for each function
  3. Run R CMD check --as-cran when completed.
  4. Add Travis checks using devtools::use_travis().
  5. Add a README file devtools::use_readme_md().

Rewrite mvpoly2 to work and replace Mvpoly. Need better code than mine for initialization. Write mvpoly_advanced - where you can pass in a list of models.
