Moved integration test to src/integrationtest
Modified build configuration to support integrationTest as a separate task to be performed on build

Other changes

pulled out the spring-boot (1.3.1) and camel version (2.16.2) numbers into variables
removed compile.exclude configuration for tomcat as it was a duplicate
