Adding webpack configuration

I just added a webpack configuration file and the compiled minified version of the library for convenience. Merge it If you find it useful ;)

I'll look over this when I get chance. Just a few things I can see straight off the bat:

Good spot on the addErrorMessages bug. The probably shouldn't be part of this pull request though?
I'm wondering whether it'd be better to have a lowercase W for the filename when built. I'm being picky though.
Just looking over quickly, what is with the extra devDependancies IE: url-loader, json-loader, imports-loader, file-loader, and the core-js and extract-text-webpack-plugin libraries? I don't seem them being used in your webpack config?

Appreciate the pull request, just needs a few things cleaning up! :+1:

Uhmmm I'm a bit noob with the PRs yet. That couple commits got there after I pushed a couple additional commits.

About the extra dependencies, I took them from another project and forgot to clean things up. I'll do some cleaning before you merge as you suggested.
