Just noticed some issues with someone using version 0.3.3:

typing mad_chatter from command line does not mention new command
mad_chatter new chatroom should create new chatroom directory but actually created in the current directory
calling mad_chatter start/preview should give a better explanation of where to go next

found the problems. this will be fixed in next release
