CSS Explainer should support multiple attributes #13

Currently only 1 attribute is allowed by our parser, but our explainer, parser, and our example builder should all support an indefinite number of attributes for each element.

It should also allow comma-separated groups of selectors.

Both of these are now supported as of a recent set of commits (including https://github.com/andrewhead/tutorons-server/commit/13e89ed5dd40ef2bea5379fe74aebf2a7e3cdb24). Closing!
