UI update: User selection of elements where code appears #18

For ambiguous elements like divs and blockquotes that are risky to detect by, allow users to click where they see code, then upload these chunks to the server for explanation. (Alternately at some point in the future, maybe we can make more clever detection of code elements on the page by comparing background color to most of the plaintext
