I have a couple of requested changes:

First, give this commit the topic tag "Css:"

Second, revert the deps/regexper-static submodule version. I'm not sure exactly how you would do this, but two options may be git checkout deps/regexper-static or starting another branch (preferably with a descriptive name) and making a new commit with only the change to the CSS template.

Then this should be good to go!
