Added two new layers from me-dem: Beacon Towers (merged into Beacons) & Ruins. Until now, Beacons layer only contained the Mordor beacon system.
Merged PrimaryRoads, SecondaryRoads & TertiaryRoads into Roads with TYPE column to keep them distinguishable.
Minor fixes to Towers and Keeps, Cities, Towns & Citadels.
All mentioned layers have ORIGIN field.
