Hi Andrew,

I am wondering whether there is a way to implement the covariance of the sigma matrix, something like 'covd' in the function of 'create.poped.database'.

Could you please explain what "notfixed_" means in the function of 'create.poped.database'? Does it mean that those fixed parameters are not taken into account when evaluate/ optimize the sampling design?

Another question, is there any way to evaluate/optimize the sampling design to get good estimates of steady-state Cmax and AUC (in a direct way)? Currently, we optimize the design to have a good estimation of PK parameters (e.g. CL and V). Do you have any suggestion on this?

Hello, I am reviving this question here. Especially the second part. If I want to get close to Cmax visually, is there a way to prioritize these time points?
