How can we make it better?

In the course, I mention standards like the Apache log standard. However, I do not mention the standards for structured output in the JSON Format. There are standards, such as the CLEF format.

(In response to reporter) I am struggling a little with this, given the limited role I'm assigning to these JSON logs. In principle, it probably would be better to have logs adhere to such a standard format. I will have a play with this and see.

XY: The goal of the course is not necessarily to be a complete review of the observability landscape but rather a directed path through it. The interesting question for me (later) will be "what can we take away, and still fulfil the purpose of the course" (probably on pass number 3)
