I was struck by a bit of an unusual parallel. A lifetime ago, I was a fitness coach. I used to see a funny pattern — on january first, many of us would buy a new gym membership and ... just about never go. It might be the most glorious gym, with beautiful and clean equipment and be open 24 hours. But if you never go...! The same for Observability. The tooling is the start of your journey, not the end.
