How can we make it better?

Currently, the course provides a kind of "fastest path" through observability as a topic. The goal is to provide the minimal possible information required to get developers (mid → senior) up and exporting telemetry from their applications.

I recently received some feedback (thanks G.A. :pray:) that they needed to plan ahead of time the work required to complete this course, and they found the additional readings essential. Given this, the recommendation would be to:

  1. Recommend people undertake the readings during the course, and
  2. Make it clear that the time on the course is only to complete the video content. That additional time should be planned for the further readings, and for the exercises. (Perhaps via Assignments? Unsure.)

Maybe I can make them "assignments" to build in time for them in the course.
