For open, cubic and multiple-endknots curve, AbcImport wrongly calculates knot 
vectors.

Issue 249 proposes a new schema which will be needed for this to work as 
expected.

Alembic 1.1 repeats the knots at the start and end the appropriate number of 
times for open cubic curves.
