krocus_database_downloader #14

It seems that pubmlst have changed their download setup, resulting in invalid downloads and formatting with the krocus_database_downloader. Is it possible to supply krocus with the scheme if I download it myself.

Thanks for letting me know. The downloader should be fixed now in version 1.0.2. It might take time for the changes to filter through to conda and pip.
