You mention apache 2 in the readme, but I'm not sure if mentioning it in the readme is really what counts. Could you add the standard LICENSE file and short license summary at the top of sources?

@SergejJurecko I'm not a lawyer, but this seems unnecessary. The intent is clear. I don't particularly mind adding a LICENSE file, but I refuse to clutter up the source with boilerplate licensing without a very specific and valid reason.

If you have a specific issue for a specific project where the licensing of rafter is a cause for concern, I'd be happy to work with you to get it resolved.
