Add the ability to launch the Netflix app on android #59

This adds the ability to launch the netflix app via android intents, resulting in a similar experience as you get on windows. to get back to Kodi you just need to hit the back button.

Great contribution, thanks! For such a highly requested feature it looks like it came together really cleanly with minimal impact on the rest of the plugin, I'd say it's pretty safe to merge.

Woot! Glad I could help :D having this means I don't have to mess around with the netflix app much and I can have the netflix content alongside my other stuff. P.S. Please check the forum post, I added a warning which should probably be added somewhere surrounding android TV.
