Should artifacts be in the repository #12

I've just re-cloned the repository and noticed that .nupkg files were present.

Is this something we really want, or should we add the artifacts folder to the .gitignore file and prune the repository to ensure .nupkg files are no longer present.

Oops, yeah artifacts def shouldn't be in the repo! Definitely ignore and prune 🙂
