Add metric change column to Plot SQL query & Dashboard #72

This pull request adds a new column called "metric_change" to the Plot SQL query. The "metric_change" column is used to track changes in the metric value. This change allows for the creation of a scatter plot for metric changes in the batch plot.

Also added to dashboard plots.
