Fails to start after initial start #3

I think it might not be closing something off, after the first run I seem to get this error:

ALL:Attempting to initialize bluetooth devices
BlueCove log redirected to log4j
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (com.intel.bluetooth).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
FATAL:Bluetooth State Exception when getting list of local devices
FATAL:javax.bluetooth.BluetoothStateException: Bluetooth Device 0 not found
FATAL:System exiting
boo3

Restarting the bluetooth service generally fixes it (note - turning bluetooth off and on through UI doesn't fix it)

how can we solve this error, I had restarted the bluetooth service , but still it says this..... what should I do?...help
