css is not print safe - produces bogus whitespace

the main div relies on the .hide class, which when not defined by the site, creates an empty gap at the start of the page when printing. I guess it could be fixed by using inline code for the style="display: none;" (it works if i manually change it in firebug, but then it is not overloaded by the plugin when activated...)

Thanks for pointing this out @rogersk. I fixed the problem and have updated the extension. You will be able to get the update once it gets reviewed.
