Recipe selection sometimes doesn't account for possessed items

STEPS:

1. Go to the crafting page
2. Add a block of gold and a block of diamond to the "Items I Have" inventory
3. Add a Quarry (from Buildcraft) to the "Items I Want" inventory

   EXPECTED:

No gold ore or diamonds appear in the "Items You'll Need" inventory

ACTUAL:

Both gold ore and diamonds appear in the "Items You'll Need" inventory just as though the "Items I Have" inventory were empty.
