The feedback tab used on the desktop and tablet sites doesn't fit on the mobile site, and therefore has to be hidden. This leaves the site without any feedback mechanism at all on the mobile site.
SOLUTION
Create an alternate feedback panel which can be activated from the bottom of the screen instead of the top, and which is represented by a small icon which hovers in the lower-right corner of the screen at all times.
