Incorrect crafting plan for Dual Fuel Rod (Uranium) #229

Quick Issue: selecting either Dual Fuel Rod (Uranium) or Quad Fuel Rod will tell you that you need to gather Fuel Rods. This is not a resource and it should give a guide on how to make them. Keep up the good work!

Current best guess is that this is because the "Tiny Pile of Uranium 235" item only has circular primary recipes and its real recipe is an "extra". This confuses something in the plan builder or evaluator such that it can't come up with a plan at all.
