Page scrolls when scrolling search box on mobile

STEPS

1. Open the page on a mobile device
2. Touch the "Search" button and enter "piston"
3. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the list

   EXPECTED

The list no longer scrolls when the bottom has been reached.

ACTUAL

The entire screen shifts up to reveal the bottom part of the screen under the dialog. When attempting to scroll back up, you have to actually grab the screen under the dialog to get the dialog to come back onto the screen.
