More options (manual refresh only) #23

Data Refresh Delay may look like this: "Instant | 5 min | 10 min | 20 min | Never" to avoid refreshing weather every time NC is opened. Rationale: there are extended periods of time when I don't care about weather, but I still have to open NC.

Just an idea.
