Not opening to last open page on iPad #29

Note: user has IntelliScreen X. Possibly related to #26, #27.

Could not reproduce on iPhone with IntelliScreen X 6.

Nope, not related to IntelliScreen X. I was forgetting to update the screen width in willRotate... which is the only place I get iPad NC width. Should be fixed, waiting on testing.
