Hello, I've never done a pull request before, hope I'm doing it right.

Thanks so much for doing this Pull Request.

I made a few changes and then merged it. If there are any other changes you'd like to make then please raise another PR.

tidied up README, removing references to Andrew's repo and adding you as a collaborator
merged installation instructions for all Pis
linked out to SD card instructions since most people will have their own way of doing it
recommend radiodan/provision to install node as it's a more recent version
added back in the ability to play an HLS stream via the remote control
added example of generating a sound using the Web Audio API
