Install dependencies for newly installed apps #78

Use Case:

I've just added a new app to my pi, by using the samba share to drag the app onto. I now want to make sure that all the library dependencies in my package.json have been installed correctly for the arm architecture.

Ideally, this will be possible within the setup service.
