subdirectories not copied #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. execute the copy as describe in the README

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Normal copy

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

The software copy only the first level directory. Subdirectories aren't copied.

If you move the line "Folder[] sourceFolders = sourceFolder.list();" to the top 
of the "copyFolderAndMessages" method it works. Seems like the open() call 
prohibits seeing the subfolders when calling list().

It looks like this project is no longer maintained by its creator. 
Im not good at Java. any chance for instructions on how to fix it so that this 
will work? Or perhaps a new revision?
