Macrofied keybinds #185

So I have this crazy but cool idea of macrofying keybinds: https://github.com/SoniEx2/TooManyKeys

Yeah ik the mod idea is for premium and stuff but I'm pretty sure it could be applied to classic! we just need more keybinds!

@andrewphorn Basically macros applied to keybinds... so basically toggle or run a keybind if you type something... like you hit M then W and it toggles moving forward and stuff... (like holding W and then hitting Alt and stuff... but a bit cooler)

Other than that, it's basically Emacs' key combination system in Minecraft...

having to press m and then w to move is cumbersome and would confuse our users. (ex. They're going to open the client, hit w, and nothing will happen. Bug reports will fly in like nuts, and we will lose users). This is just as useless here as it is in the vi/vim/emacs editors for linux. Why have to press a button to enable you to type or edit a file..

@umby24 why not have both? (toggle mode and hold mode)
