A need for consistent installation `make install` #66

It would be nice if pokerstove has make install. Since the make install will handle all the details both binary and library to be installed correctly every single time without the acknowledgment of outside developing team.

Since pokerstove is turning to be a homebrew package. Homebrew/homebrew-core#42218 recommends this change.
